of the residence, you can enjoy a room with natural light,
recently decorated, comfortable and prepared so that you
aren't cold.
In all our rooms there is a writing desk. You will chat
or study from your own bed through the Wi-Fi internet
service, 24 hours a day and free of charge.
Once the winter is over, you will enjoy a little solarium
to go back home brown. You will sunbathe just in the centre
of the town and with all the privacy.
In your free time, if you want to clear your head, You
will have the possibility of using our miny gym in order
to keep fit.
Our hostess Gema, an excellent cook, will delight you
in cooking delicious dishes with an excellent appearance
and prepared with fresh and high quality products, whose
manipulation is certificated by the Control Institutions.

All the Residence areas will always be impeccable. FREE
laundry service. Sheets and towels are included and
will be change weekly. Fridges, microwave, bread toaster
will be at your disposal as if you were home.
Concerning the social life, you will find a friendly
environment with people like you, with the same age
and interests as you. You will have two spreading rooms
to share experiences and enjoy the DVD, TV y Video and
the most important aspect: We will always devote our
constant attention to what you could need but respecting
your privacy. You will have the keys to open both, the
main door of the Residence and your room’s. There
is a free schedule to go in and out, but always observing
our internal rules which do not allow visits after 23:00.
